The fine print, up front

Exactly what hosting covers

Application and database hosting on managed cloud infrastructure, SSL certificates, nightly encrypted backups with 30-day retention, uptime and error monitoring, and a staging environment. We pay a maximum $150 per month in hosting cost. Billed separately at cost: third-party API and vendor fees (payments, SMS, email, mapping, AI usage), app-store fees, and paid design assets.

When do I actually own the code?

On receipt of the final monthly payment. Ownership transfers by written IP assignment within five business days: repository, pipelines, infrastructure definitions, data, design files, and documentation. Until then you hold a paid-up licence to use the software in your business, and your data is yours at all times.

Cancellation terms

Cancel any month with 30 days' written notice - no termination fee. We deliver a full export of your database, uploaded files, and content within five business days, in open formats. Payments already made are non-refundable, and code ownership transfers only when the lease is paid in full. Restart later and every dollar you've paid still counts toward the $50,000.
